Working with Warren Real Estate to find an apartment in NYC was an absolute pleasure. My roommate and I worked with Meagan and she was transparent, knowledgeable, and ensured that our best interests were taken into account every step of the way. Moreover, we found an amazing apartment in the East Village and could not have done so without the team at Warren Real Estate.

I cannot stress enough to avoid this group. Unprofessional, unethical, and incredibly unhelpful. I paid an application fee, had a hard pull on my credit score and am fairly sure they didn't even bother to submit. I'm farther from getting into an apartment than when I started. I could not get a single straightforward answer. There were surprise fees and surprise delays around every corner. I was also spoken to as though I had never rented in NYC before. I've lived and worked in the neighborhood for a decade. They did seem to have a big problem with the fact I work in food service, so maybe that and the tattoos were the reason for the discrimination.
