This place is horrible!!! This place use to be quite, friendly, and clean. when they went under new management and the name changed several times to desert oasis and now rising Phoenix it just went down hill. The management team are rude and disrespectful. It was hell trying to renew your lease. You try to set up and appointment and you take off work and when you go in to take care of business they tell you “sorry we are busy getting new residents in you need so come back tomorrow” like that was the reason I set up an appointment because I can’t just come in. People have lives and jobs they have to attend. They never tell you in advanced when they are going to turn off the water or come into your home to check things. Under new management. Apartments are in need of repair and they are working on it. Rent is around 600 a month for a 2 bedroom with utilities included. *** Utilties will not be included for new renters. The rent has increased for new renters as well. My understanding is that when existing renters sign their new leases they will be paying utilities as well. Rent will increase when new leases are signed. Complex is advertising on Craig's List. Tenants have reported that even when submitting work requests at the office in person on the computer. Work has not been started even after a month or more. If moving into these apartments spend a little time to talk to people living there. Always best to do your research. Things can always change as management changes.

The price is great don't get me wrong but it is cockroach INFESTED! They are everywhere! No matter how clean the apartment is, I see about 50 each day! Crawling on the walls, all in the kitchen, in the bathroom and in our bedroom! Its absolutely disgusting!

Hello people,, ive lived here going on 2 months,, i love it here,,, no cockroaches up in my place, n just to be sure the managers sent termanix to spray,, the employee's from the office to the matanince to the grounds workers have been respectful, kind, helpful and i appreaciate all of them..thank you for everything , my new place is great...im very happy to be here. Gone downhill badly since the new management company took over; my mail has been stolen, no one watches their children, letting them run around and bang on people's windows and doors all hours of the night. The drug activity is terrible
