Warren Apartments - Chelsea

I had an excellent experience living here, management was easy to work with, maintenance did an excellent job and was prompt with all my concerns. Beautiful property in the summer time. My 1BR apartment at the 703 building in the back of the property was completely renovated with modern amenities / stainless steel appliances. I also had an in person washer/drier in my apartment. Quiet neighborhood if thats what your looking for. 10/10! ✌️

Warren Apartments are exceptional, I have lived here for four years and feel qualified to sing their praises. The staff are always prompt, friendly, and know how to keep an apartment complex in great shape. The grounds are always well kept in "all seasons." The neighbors are friendly and look out for one another, it is a safe and comfortable place to live. I feel that I have the "best" apartment owner and property manager that could be found.

I lived here for almost a year - only reason we moved was due to work taking us out of town. I loved everything about these apartments. I was in the new building and there are so many nice finishes you would normally find in a house not an apartment. The attention to detail Von paid showed in the apartments. The best part about living here is by far Von and Stephen. You won't find better property management. They are extremely timely, respectful and do a great job with any request you might have. They go above and beyond what one could expect when living in an apartment. So far as to spoil your next apartment because they treated you so well. If you are lucky to find a spot available here - jump on it!

My husband and I have lived here for 1.5 years and have enjoyed our apartment immensely. The management staff are very prompt and courteous in addressing any maintenance concerns we have mentioned. The grounds are beautifully maintained and we are proud to call Warren Apartments our home.

We love living at Warren apartments. We have been here 4 years and have never seen any fruit being thrown off balconies and we are not low income. We chose to live in these apartments. They are very well maintained and the owner is very quick to respond to any problem we might have. The grounds are very well maintained and our neighbors are helpful and generous. And anyone who does not enjoy living here is free to move.
