Don went through his exact inspection process and routine. Don is not only professional, he is very personable. Wow!! What a thorough and professional job Don did. This wasn’t my first time using a home inspection company and I am so glad I used Warner Home Inspection. Don really took the time to explain things as he went along and pointed things out that I would normally not pay attention to. His attention to detail was impeccable. He provided a thorough explanation and showed physical evidence of concerns that needed to be addressed based on the home inspection.
