Brian is very Passionate about his work, he Always does an Awesome job whenever he works. I went to the office to inform Brian what the problem was in my apartment, & he almost beat me back to my own apartment, & fixed the problem like (zip zip, Done). Just like that... I Appreciate Brian for being our maintenance guy, & I Appreciate Sabrina for hiring him.

I just moved in but I can tell you this the staff here is amazing they seem to go out of your way to help you with everything plus the property is really nice so far so good. I had an issue with my refrigerator going out they were on it immediately the maintenance guy (Brain) came out he was awesome he did a great job super professional cleaned all the parts before he put them back in super professional guy I had some other things that needed to be fix which we're just little things he busted them out like lightning. This maintenance guy was awesome super professional super nice can't say it again he did an amazing job.

I had issues getting my maintenance writeups, however once they were properly put in by the onsite team it was handled the next day and completed within 30 minutes to my satisfaction. Grest job, better people

Service was great fast response, being a veteran I thank u for your service, brian was courteous, right on top resolved not only my issue ,but others with the same issue. Great job. Thanks.
