Ware Park Apartments

I've been here since July 2019. Covid came and closed our pool and fitness room for 2 summers. But yet the beaches and hotel and public pools and gyms were allowed to reopen. But yet rent was raised each year. This year is a huge rent increase. Supposedly due to new ownership. The property was always mowed and the landscaping kept nice. But since new owners we have dead bushes all thru the property and weeds. They use to come inside and spray for bugs quite often, no one has sprayed inside my apt. since covid shut the world down. Come on now, i dont know if its mngt or servall that is not allowing inside spraying. I know several in my bldg alone that needs sprayed. Its like someone moved out and the other apartments were bombarded with bugs. I really wish we had assigned parking. There ha

I was irritated to be awakened at 7:30 this morning by the sound of large equipment outside my apartment, then surprised to see that it was our landscape company clearing the parking lot and sidewalks of ice and snow that had accumulated overnight. Who does that?! As a former property manager, I never paid anyone to do this. Now, if they would just clean the snow off my car. Lol Thanks Brittany and WarePark Brittany, I think you misunderstood. My comments were not meant to criticize but to say THANK YOU for caring about our safety. Keep up the good work.

The apartments look quite nice but upon inquiry nobody has been able to pick calls. Maybe that’s the wrong phone number on the website to call. It will be appropriate to have someone receiving phone calls or have the right number to call put on the website.

I call it home I love it it's comfortable security is awesome they open the swimming pool after 2 years because of covid looking forward to that this summer plus a little gym the little exercise room is open too I hope to get healthy and put on a little bit of healthy weight

Very clean professional looking. Nice parking lot. Doesn't seem to have a lot of riff Raff.
