Apartment mirage. These look nice and a lot of work has been done to improve the aesthetics of the place, not anything else though. Lived here for a year and have had a leak the entire time. Not a small leak, a leak big enough where I can't use about 25% of my living room space. Leaks in the bathroom, stove is broken, dishwasher doesn't work, and light fixtures only attached by cords. And the current management is bad, and liars, get everything in writing. They will attempt to backdate leases as well, so keep a copy of everything. They don't have a maintenance staff either. Nothing will ever be fixed in your apartment. Ever, seriously. **Edit for owner response: All the maintenance work orders in the portal were closed out with none of the repairs being completed. Living here for almost 3 years and this place has improved after getting Heather into office here. The newest maintenance guy has taken care in his work as well. Heather has been the most diligent and caring office manager and I feel like it is always an open door policy for the office.

We got a new manager Kayla Crittendon in October and she’s managed to get all the maintenance I begged for for 6 months finished in 1 week.

I was disappointed they do advertise a pool but it has not been open since I moved in. The laundry room is gross looks like it is never cleaned, and roaches are a problem.The mantiance guy is amazing and always gets stuff done right away, the apartments have been upgraded and look much better but the price is pretty high for no pool and no usable laundry room and the roach problems. No neighbor problems except for trash being left around, I try to pick it up when I can. It's not the worse but it's not the best. The pool was a main factor when choosing my apartment as I moved here from out of state, so I definitely sad about it. I like the area and the parking lot is cool but people park in my spot a lot and that's annoying.

I walked in needing a place to move and the manager did everything she had to do to not let me leave without a apartment....She is very friendly and she gets all the problems resolved in a timely manner....the environment is pleasant and I would recommend anyone.... Well 6 months later I have leaks that have been there since I moved I now have mold and hanging door frames... management is full of lies and false expectations
