Just closed a few days ago and we are happy. Mark provided excellent service, he is knowledgeable and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. Made offer first day property was listed, seller agent, Mark Kellner, later said seller was having second thoughts, wanted to think it over the weekend. Monday came around and checked in with Mark, said seller still hasn't decided but was still talking offers. Was informed today that she accepted a offer without giving me a chance to counter. Real class act.
