Pretty horrible experience overall. Where to start? I have had two encounters with bats in the span of a year. The first time was a horrible experience where the bat actually came in contact and I needed to pay a significant amount of money and an entire day in the ED. Management would not speak to me and refused to give the phone number overnight and essentially didn't deal with the problem until noon the next day. Essentially need to go to a hotel at that point. Management just applied glue/plaster to random areas of the ceiling until another bat was found dead in the room a few months later... When explaining to management that this is a serious health hazard as someone could be unknowingly bit by a bat overnight, not even realize it, then develop rabies later, management essentially

I lived her for 6 months and had a good experience. Management is helpful and available. Beautiful apartments, parking can be a little tough as the lot fills up. My one caviot is move out - lots of extremely high charges built into the lease for nothing. Cheaper to hire a cleaning company than risk $75 for some pepper dust left in a drawer.

As per previous reviews, the management is professional and responsive. They're on top of maintenance and any apartment-related issues. There's parking and building security at night.
