I have been with LionsGate for just 3 months so my experience is limited - however I can honestly say they have saved me at least 30% over my last PM in East Providence. Their labor rate and work was astounding! So far very pleased.

Our single-family rental was sitting empty for weeks with our old PM. My husband and I switched to LionsGate and they had it rented in less than 2 weeks. The onboarding was easy, and Isaac explained everything clearly. Maintenance is handled quickly, and we’re already saving money compared to our previous management company. Couldn’t be happier.

I am new to real estate and it quickly became overwhelming. Tenants not paying rent, things to look out for that are falling apart not noticed during inspection, laws I need to abide by etc. I called Isaac and things fell into place so quick it was hard to keep up. He knows the law, construction and property management. He also has a strong team that will advise you every step of the way. These guys earn every penny you pay them. This is one hard working team. Can’t recommend enough!

However, I found someone who specializes in not only civilian but, also military, active duty soldiers. The connection I made with the realtor was exemplary. Followed by an amazing finance team, that left me speechless. As a service member the process was seamless and above all, respectful, dedicated, and thorough.
