He quickly identified the issue and explained what needed to be done in a clear and simple way. His work was efficient, clean, and done with great attention to detail. What stood out the most was his positive attitude and willingness to make sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure I was satisfied with the repair. It’s always reassuring to have someone reliable and skilled like Joey handling maintenance. My experience with Homewood point apartment goes above and beyond. I have learned alot from the leasing manager. About the importance of renting and what is included. She was very passionate about her job and I learned so much the maintenance was very respectful and helpful

The receptionist was very friendly my only issue is trying to rent that unit. I don't even want to view it. Lived across the street for over 5 years. I also have cancer so not as mobile as everyone else. My current apt complex is trash and costs me over 175.00 more a month. I would think with all the vacancies in Denver now that you would be looking for a clean tenant that will take care of the property as if it were my own. The process to find a place is not as easy as it use to be. It's very frustrating. I have rented in Denver for 40 years and have no evictions. I wish there was a easier process I was ready to put my deposit down today.. This is how my apartment is kept at all times. Your missing out on a good tenant...
