I have known Willie for over 20 years. He is knowledgeable, experienced, and works till the job is done. He helped my wife and me find our dream house; his ability to understand what was important to us, show the appropriate properties, and more importantly have the courage to tell us a house is the wrong fit was instrumental. He gave the job of viewing properties energy, highlighting positives and negatives, took the time to meet our boys, and when it was time to negotiate came with a game plan.
