Walter Reed Apartments

If I could give ZERO stars I’d absolutely would. The lack of communication from the property manager and the property, as a whole, is beyond me. I’ve been waiting for a month to get my kitchen sink/garbage disposal repaired. The “new” maintenance team has come twice and have unsuccessfully not fixed the issue. However, today maintenance came in to install “sensors” for our heating and air unit but the property manager didn’t properly notify residents that this would be happening today. So, imagine unexpected banging on your door if you work from home. This place is a mess. I would get into other issues with this property but I’ll just end it with save your money and go elsewhere. I recently had the pleasure of viewing Walter Reed apartments. I cannot speak highly enough about the professionalism, knowledge, and accommodation from the Property Manager Tida. From start to finish, my expectations were exceeded and she made the experience seamless and enjoyable. Tida was incredibly accommodating and flexible with scheduling. She promptly responded to my inquiry and promptly arranged a convenient time for the property viewing. During the viewing, she was patient and attentive, answering all of my questions and addressing any concerns I had. Her friendly and approachable demeanor made the entire viewing informative and enjoyable. Overall, my experience viewing the property was exceptional!

MY ROOF HAS BEEN LEAKING SINE 4/15/25. Management is uninterested in solving problems. You have to involve the city to get any action from them. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I scheduled a tour for a weekday in the afternoon , which meant some time from work and expensing gas. Upon scheduling I received multiple emails, and texts, confirming my tour . We arrived to the leasing office locked and called multiple times just to go vm. Eventually a resident let us in the building and we finally found the property manager. She claimed she had no record of my tour appointment and that they didn’t have any apartments available for tour anyway. Only occupied apartments that would be opening up in a few weeks for rent. No apology was given or offered. I spent time and gas getting to this location not to mention taking time off work to tour. Very unprofessional. They have a clear disinterest in possible new residents. Glad I avoided living here, it is certainly validated

I know someone that lives here so I’ve been trying to tour the apartment as a potential tenant, however, I still haven’t gotten a response. I have called, emailed, and texted. Nothing. It’s disheartening but this has shown me how I’d be treated if I were to move here. Pass.
