Walt Simpson helped my mom qualify and process through getting a reverse mortgage. Nursing home costs had depleted funds and it was the only way that she could stay in her home. He could not have been more accommodating to our individual situation. Walt came out to house so my mom would not have to be uncomfortable processing things in an unfamiliar office.
