Liberty doesn't even deserve one star. They are the absolute worst quality house I've ever seen. You can hear just about every sound no matter where you are in the house, and every sound from outside, which means your neighbors can almost certainly hear you as well. The poor quality craftsmanship of their contractors is purely abysmal. After 6 years of living in a newly built Liberty home, there are so many nail pops and areas where the drywall seams show, and we've had to re-caulk/re-seal around every sink and tub. Additionally, everything within the home is the absolute basic, lowest quality items they could possibly find, from the paint, to the toillette seats, to the hinges they use on the closet doors. If you buy a Liberty home, you almost certainly will regret your decision.

You dont find out how good a company is really until something goes wrong. I am a real estate agent of 33 years and have represented buyers working with many builders through that time. On a recent sale where I was representing buyer clients with Liberty Homes, a completely unexpected and rather large issue arose. Liberty Homes came to the table, made it right, didnt cut any corners, took the hit and I now have VERY satisfied clients. THANK YOU Liberty Homes!! UPDATE 11-13-2024--I have very happy buyer clients once again who closed in September on their new Liberty Homes product. Liberty did a great job with the process and especially with final walk throughs and instruction. ALSO just got word from buyer clients who closed 9 months ago with a Liberty product that Liberty scheduled

The homes look beautiful but are cheaply made. We had several issues within 2 months of moving into our new construction Liberty home. We tried calling and emailing about the issues several times but never received any response. We would never buy a Liberty home again.

1.So far 2 of the wire shelves in my closet fell off the wall, . The second time was at 4am and almost gave me a heart attack! When fixing it I discovered the installer only uses drywall anchors to support the shelves. Not 1 screw into a stud! These guys are always looking for cheaper subcontractors instead of good subcontractors. Drywall anchors for shelving, who does that!?!? If a small child was under that shelf they would have been seriously hurt. SMH 2.My well water turned muddy red every time it rained. The well installer said this was normal! Some professional. After paying for several water test to prove it was a faulty well, I had to figure it out for him! The well installer failed to glue the top piece of well casing so the muddy water was leaking in. I had e coli and coli form

Disappointed with the quality and professionalism of this builder. Contractors are the worst I've ever seen.
