I have worked with this guy many times. He is simply the worst appraiser in the industry. Avoid this guy at all costs. He is only worried about protecting his license. He screws everyone over. Do not let this guy in your house. Your financing will be as good as dead. This guy is exactly what is wrong with the current system. Avoid him at all costs

Numerous errors on a very under valued appraisal. Corrections took way too long to implement, they will use short sales as comps which is unheard of. Avoid this company.
