It would be okay if the apartments didn't smell like smoke. I lived between two apartments and both tenants smoked inside. This made my entire place smell like an ash tray. People aren't supposed to smoke inside their apartments, but they do it anyway and it ruins things for everyone else.

The property manager Tabitha is absolutely amazing! She cares about her tenants, will answer any questions you may have, she will stop and say hello and check up on you if she sees you out while she’s working, she’s very friendly and super polite! She does everything she can to make sure everyone is doing well and living comfortably. She’s waaaaayyyyyy better than the previous property manager when the apartments were under a different owner. She’s gone above and beyond to help her tenants, 5 stars all the way!! 💜

If you are not sure about the apartment, DO NOT send them a check for the security deposit. At no point did they indicate that the security deposit was non-refundable during the application process, and once I decided to live somewhere else, they refused to refund the deposit, completely scamming me out of $350. The woman on the phone was extremely unprofessional and rude. This was one year ago.
