I highly recommend D&W! Two things that I appreciate and stand out the most about D&W is #1 the communication! I never ever needed to leave a million messages and wait days to hear back. It didn't matter if it was a weekend or an evening we always knew what was going on and never felt like we couldn't reach out. #2 EVERY SINGLE PERSON! That has been here to work is pleasant, helpful, happy to be here, willing to do anything we need, never talks bad about their job, if they can't do it they call and find a solution. We are extremely happy with the quality of this house that we are settling in and making our home.

They are all around just an awesome place to work with! Every single person seems to enjoy their job and when we would pop in the check the house out while they were working on it they were always super nice and helpful! If they didn’t know the answer they would figure it out for you! Communication is also great throughout! No matter the day or time if you reached out with a question they got back to you very quickly. I couldn’t recommend D&W Homes enough! They got us into our home quickly, but didn’t skimp out on quality and ensured everything was perfect! They even cleaned up very nicely when they were done, which you don’t typically get with other people.

Everyone should come here to buy a home. I have been to many sales offices and I felt the most welcome here.

In the process of buying our first modular home! This place is like none other! Super friendly sales people, homes are price amazing and beautiful! We went to Clayton homes, green valley & other modular built home styles multiple times but just kept coming back to D&W! We have a down deposit on our forever home just wanting on the lane ! ❤️
