Well maintained apartments and conveniently located near Main Street. However, the nursing home located directly in front of complex blocks access to the entry (especially during staff shift change). There is little to no privacy for first floor residents. On several occasions we had neighbors walk their dogs within a foot or two of our patio. There is no leasing office on the property making it difficult for direct communication with property managers. The property manager seems bothered with resident communication and adds an additional layer of stress to moving in & out. The move out cleaning list is extensive and seemingly a tactic to prevent residents from getting their deposit refunded. Lived here for a few years and thoroughly enjoyed it! The complex and units are well-maintained and pet-friendly. Apartments have a nice open layout and feel very spacious. Also there's washer/dryer included in each unit, which is a huge plus! Great location, close and walkable to main areas of the Village of Williamsville. Even though the complex is off a main road, it's quiet and feels tucked away in a little suburban neighborhood. Would highly recommend living here!

Following up after 3 years of living and moving out. They are not flexible at all about your lease term. I paid 3 months of rent even though I was not living my apartment (or else I need to pay 3 months rent as a breakout fee). They were not flexible after multiple requests of reducing fee. Also, they charge 75% of the deposit in terms of cleaning the apartment. I will suggest to look for other places if you don’t want to loose your money.

We lived here for over six years & overall loved it! Landlords have been very accommodating as we began building our house (which was a loooong process). We are thankful for our time here & will miss it! Nice layouts & very pretty apartments .

Visited a friend who lives here ground floor. Beautiful kitchen, tall ceilings, large walk in closet, recessed lighting, big bathroom and bedroom large as well. Cute little porch area. Beautiful apartment, garages, and nice landscaping. Beautiful place to call home.
