The Parkway Luxury Apartments

I have been a resident at Parkway for almost a year and just signed a lease renewal. I truly could not be happier with my apartment, the complex, and Bliss. The apartments are so well designed with floor plans that really maximize your space. They are modern and beautifully finished, with high ceilings and a ton of overhead lighting. I haven't had a single person come over that hasn't been absolutely floored by how nice my apartment is. I also rent a huge attached garage, which has been great considering the weather in Buffalo (and also good for extra storage space). The entire complex is such a win - it's clean, safe, well-maintained, and I've never had a single complaint about noise. I was especially happy with how well the lot and sidewalks were maintained during a very snowy/icy wint

I have the pleasure of dealing with Michael Bliss and his phenomenal and extraordinary team. The apartment I currently live in is beautiful, clean, and well maintained . The campus in which the apartments sits on is well manicured and safe. The Property Management team is stellar and second to none. Chris in particular provides exceptional and timely service with professionalism, kindness , and patience. All my concerns or service repairs are completed and met on times that work best for my schedule . The work they complete is done with master and expert craftsmanship. I endorse this team and I would highly recommend the Bliss company and property management team to anyone . They are class acts and second to none .

I have been a resident of this apartment for over five years ever since the property was built. This place is truly top notch! New building, great community, and excellent property maintenance. In particular, Michael, the property manager, is fantastic! Well organized, supportive, and always helpful. I had a great experience living there!

This is the best apartment near University At Buffalo north campus period. The maintenance is phenomenal and the management is super nice. In my two years living there, I had no issues with anything related to the apartment. The neighbors are nice and quiet and we had ample parking.
