I have lived at Deer Lakes Apartments for 2 years and I've never been happier. Deer Lakes is am amazing place to live. It is quiet and the tenants are very friendly. It is nice to have the Property Manager, Ashley living on site. All concerns I have had have been addressed very quickly. The manager is very competent and friendly as well as the maintenance staff. There is a really nice lake patio welcome to all. Several times per year there are community building activities. The complex is safe and the apartments are well insulated. I would highly recommend Deer Lakes to anyone!!!

My wife and I have live this place I have been at these apartments. I am so blessed that Ashley helped me with the process of getting a place to live. Ashley is one of the most professional people I know. Very quietly area wonderful place to live and Wonderful to watch lake water. They have everything you need AC, Heat, Stove, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Internet, TV also Garage as well. This is best apartment complex. They have a Wonderful Maintenance Service whenever you need they come to you anytime and any day. Thanks you Deer Lake Apartment and Thanks you Ashley the best manager.

I’ve been living there for 4 years and I love this place. The interior and exterior design of the apartment buildings are modern compared to others on the market. The view is nice too, from my window, I had a view of the lake, which always puts me in a good mood. There is ample parking, convenient transportation, and the neighborhood is very safe. The last but not least, the property manager is highly professional and patient—you will enjoy working with her.

I never write reviews, but If I could give 10 stars to measure the experince I had moving into Deer Lakes I would. The staff is outstanding in every way. Ashley the property manager made herself consistantly availible, even when I was calling from a 6 hour difference time zone. Not only did she help get me settled, but she even arranged a furniture rental company for me. I have rarely in my life exerienced the level of service she provided. There was a small maintence issue and the maintenence crew who came was equally excellent. Don't hesistate to rent here. It's a beautiful property and they truly care about customer service.
