Pros: Nice pool. Cozy one bedroom apartment. Maintenance is respectful, efficient and kind. Has amazon lockers. Park/trail, convenient store & heb close by. Cons: Management lady has tried to enter home without consent or knowledge. Aggressive towing policies. Small counter space & storage in kitchen. Walls are thin. Gym is barely a gym. Roaches & ants were a frequent issue. Washer & dryer is extra $ and outside on porch. Police station & hospital close by (sirens).

This place is very upsetting. I had a balance of $14 because they were charging me for renter's insurance, which I had from day one. And they were overcharging me for the washer and dryer rental. Every time I asked why I needed to do math every month to pay rent, no one ever responded. Not a notice that they had finally credited my account for the overcharges, not one email, one phone call, or a notice on my portal. They went straight to send me a letter of eviction and expected me to be out of my apartment, over $14, within a month. Management is poor. I asked the maintenance man, at least four times, to come paint a small area in my apartment. He assured me he had plenty of paint in that color and that he would come check it out. Within 8 months, never came. He also told me to be careful

I’ve had such a great experience living here since 3 months. From day one, the move in process was smooth and stress-free thanks to Ms. Nisha and Ms. Yoice, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The property manager Mr. Rod runs this place with such professionalism, everything from cleanliness to maintenance is top-notch and always handled on time. Such friendly staff deserves appreciation for sure. The common areas are spotless, the landscaping is beautiful, and the swimming pool is one of the cleanest and most well-kept I’ve ever seen. The maintenance team is quick, friendly, and gets things done right the first time. It’s rare to find a place where you can truly relax knowing everything is taken care of , but this is one of them! Highly recommend this community to anyone

Mu friend lives here 1 bedroom for $800 that is a huge steal in Austin. They have a pool, hot tub & small gym

I’ve been living in Walnut Creek Crossing for a while and I can say it’s a nice and calm place to live in. Furthermore, the office administrative assistant Yoice is marvellous, she helped me a lot so that I could move there as soon as possible. I recommend it!
