Beautiful homes, built for reasonable prices. The homes and community are 5 stars, but the 1 car driveways with 1 car garage aren't enough for most families. The single car garage isn't big enough for most vehicles, especially since you need to store your trash and recycling bins inside. If you have 2 or more vehicles, you should STRONGLY consider buying a home with a 2 car garage/driveway. The planned overflow parking lots are not nearly sufficient. The overflow parking is meant for visitors, but will be quickly filled by residents and there is little room for street parking when homes are built directly across from one another. Take a look at the front of the community in the evenings to see how many overflow parking spaces are needed (and there's only 3 single-car-garage homes there). A
My parents moved from NJ after living there for 17 years. They are retired senior citizens. I visited their new home. Love the layout and quality of their new townhouse. It is conveniently located for them with doctors, groceries, and other services. I live in Northern NJ, the drive is under 2 hours.
I love the layout, with just two stories and a larger floor plan. Also this is right next to a wooded park and the Colmar train station. The prices are a bit high, and the location is a little too remote for us. Otherwise we'd be interested
