This is the property that they managed until 7/1/2023. These photos are from April of 2023. This is how we lived. This is how they’ll manage your property or treat you as a tenant. This property looked this way for several years. They refused to fix anything. Do not rent from or do business with this company.

My son and his friend rented for close to 2 years from Sentry in Sellersville Pa. They left the house in great condition. We rented a professional rug cleaning machine and made the carpets look like new. They lied and charged them $1386. Sentry said my son painted the kitchen and charged him $125. (not true) Sentry said leave the key in the kitchen drawer (he did) and they charged him $100. Saying key was not returned. Attached is a photo of the carpet after it was cleaned. The other photo is old carpet on the porch that was there from day one till after the lease was up. They ignored all calls. Sewage was backing up into the washing machine. My son's friend had to fix it himself. A complete nightmare. Sentry is pure evil! They give new meaning to the term SLUM LORD.

5 years of paying rent on time and doing most repairs myself since Every time id tell them something needed to be fixed it would be half assed or I'd get the "let me check your lease". I fall on hard times 1 time and tell them I am going to be a little late on rent and instead of having compation, I get nasty emails telling me I have 7 days to move out or they are sueing me for "damages". Worst rental company ever!

Sentry should really receive not just a zero but a negative score. They are the rudest company I’ve ever dealt with including their receptionist, Carol Johnson (who hung up on me today so I had my attorney call her). The property manager, Amy Harpel, is no better. They bully and send threatening letters for no reason to renters. I am POA for a senior woman who complied with all of their “over-the-top” requirements and regulations, paid her rent early every single month for three years and maintained an impeccable property. She is still receiving threatening mail a month after she sold and settled on the property. If you can avoid renting from Sentry do so. They are worse than slum landlords, and sadly, they deal with a lot of seniors, belittle them and take such advantage. Despicable.

Terrible customer service. They don't have the human decency to return calls. Instead of working with their tenants they work against them. $900 a month for a 1 bedroom and they still can't fix the plumbing smh. 3 years and I've never missed or been late on a payment. Yet they have my car towed an hour away for being 10 days past inspection. They just couldn't find the strength to return a phone call to avoid this. Oh well its only$1000 down the drain at least. All this during a global pandemic. Stay woke people the vultures are out in mass.
