Wallingford View Apartments

Needs work in area .. little to no communication 😕 waited 45 minutes to view a unit and couldn't get through to anyone no office onsite pretty bad experience

Pretty quiet. Only 2 bedroom units. Pets are ok. Handicapped parking spaces (6) were removed when lot was replaced, but never replaced despite ongoing requests since 2019. Maintenance requests get reported as “completed” in the tenant portal system, but are not. Can pay rent online. It’s a view of Wallingford, schools are Chester-Upland School District. Close to multiple public trans lines.

Horrible ! When I go see the apartment . Show us the apartment not finish . And told us will be the nicest one in the whole complex. Then we went to the back and look . Everyone back at the balcony like junk yard . The manager said we need to put application first . And the apartment will ready in a month 😂we’ll I am glad I didn’t . I am sure he never see nice apartments. Now I guess he just finish the kitchen. He posted the picture . That is horrible . The good don’t even match and back splash and counter top not even match , out date title . No counter space . THE HOOD ! You told me this is call nicest one 🫣 anyway outdoor have no curb appeal at all . If I live here I feel like I am going to trash field .
