Renshaw Apartments

Off leash dogs, owners don't clean up their poop, there is rats in the walls you can hear them scrambling around and nothing is done about them roaches here year round exterminator comes every 2 weeks only putting down sticky pads and spraying off brand bug spray honestly think they need to tent the whole place, I'm on the 2nd floor my last apartment I was on the ground floor next to woods and a river as well and the worse we had was ants it was never this bad just hoping something gets done soon they've raised my rent every year but no renovations.

Renshaw Apartments gave me a home when I didn't have one. GREAT neighbors....Mostly quiet neighborhood. Management was attentive....

Our experience with the community and staff has been excellent during our stay here for more than three years. This apartment is a great option for anyone looking to move to the Chester area. They genuinely make you feel at home with their warm staff and prompt maintenance service. Unfortunately, we bought a house, so we had to shift from here.

It's rare to find an apartment complex that truly feels like home, but this place does. The neighbors are kind, the property is beautiful, and the staff goes out of their way to make sure everything is perfect.

My stay at Renshaw was very pleasant and affordable experience and the location was perfect for my job site. I have no complaints. They treated me with respect and took care of all my issues with the apartment when I made request concerning certain issues.I would recommend this place because it’s a nice area and place to live.
