Liberty Walk Apartments

I’ve only been here 6 weeks and I HATE this place already!!! I will be leaving sooner than my 12 month lease term. 1. There’s no on site office, any problems or concerns you have to call a remote location in NJ who conveniently never answers the phone. Mind yous, they never had a problem answering before I moved in and when I was contacting them about my deposits, but now that I live here and have legit concerns, my text, emails and calls have been ignored FOR WEEKS! 2. One of the property owners, Sam, rented me the apartment with a move in date of 9/1/2018. They email you the lease, for YOU to print out, mind you the lease is 10+ pages. Then you have to return it signed (which I never did after seeing the horrible conditions of the apartment, so in all actuality, they have no active lease

This place is the absolute worst. The amenities sound good for the price, but trust me, it's a lie. They lock the laundry room and keep it locked for days at a time (including weekends). Maintenance is IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of unless you chase them down yourself, and even then, nothing gets fixed. Whoever owns this place quite obviously does not care about the residents who supply their paychecks. Hopefully this place can be saved by new management cause the current ones are the worst.

The woman kim that works there is extremely rude. Did not show up for viewing apointment so asked her what happened. She responded with "we dont want your service" I do not know her position but she booked my viewing and was the one to show us the place so i assume she has some importance there. If this place allows such a rude woman to represent their property i do not even want to know how they treat their tenants.

They only wants your money. I have never got my deposit back And landlord is never reachable unless when they want money from you. I will never recommend to my friend. I wish there is a "No star"option At least get your customer service level up. Cause this place is worse than worst.

Landlord is a scum Lord u don't get contact info til ur rent is late and u get copy of ur lease 21 days after u move in and that only have a p.o. box address on it to mail rent
