Walker Steele Creek Apartments

Been a resident here for a little over a year and a half, I’ve enjoyed my time here. Being walking distance from the shopping center and about a 20 minute drive from uptown is great. Steele creek is on the better side of Charlotte safety wise and the community looks good. They started enforcing parking, security at the pool, and trash valet. Sure our neighbors can be loud at times but it comes with living at an apartment complex. The units themselves are updated, modern, and spacious. Some speed bumps on the main road might be a great idea although it’s more likely a city issue. I haven’t had any issues with the office, the maintenance staff is quick to fix any issues we have if we have any. Been living here for some months and the team is amazing. I toured with Danesha and she helped me through the application process and still helps me when I come into the office. Management is quick to respond to any issues I have and maintenance is speedy as well and provides updates. Only thing I can complain about is their towing company. They are rude over the phone and hang up when you call them about getting a boot off like I am giving them the money and they take forever. I know this isn’t the office fault as they have reached out to me when this happened and gave me a gift card for the issue but LMS is horrible.

This complex is gorgeous, complete with a beautiful pool and a nice 24hr gym! I took a tour with Amber, and she was very knowledgable and helped along with the entire process. Everything is clean and in great shape. It’s clear that they really care about their residents and provide a welcoming community for everyone.

I have had the best experience here at Walker Steelecreek. Mr. D, I am terrible with names, has been amazing in helping get everything I needed to complete the process. Thank you so much for all you do.
