Customer Reviews
I lived at Walker Square, and my experience was unfortunately disappointing. Throughout my lease, I faced multiple maintenance issues that were never properly resolved. Most notably: Persistent electrical problems: All of my electrical appliances constantly flickered or lost power, which was not only frustrating but also raised serious safety concerns. Frequent toilet clogging: I experienced ongoing plumbing issues, with a constantly clogging toilet that made day-to-day living uncomfortable. Despite reporting these issues, maintenance was either delayed or ineffective, and I had to deal with these problems for most of my stay. To make matters worse, after moving out, I received unjustified charges totaling over $550, including: $150 for repainting (claiming the apartment had a “smell
The apartments are basic (no pool or fitness center), which makes them more affordable than other places we looked. We like that it is in walking distance to Fred Meyer and the recreation park is practically next store (with a fitness center, walking trails, and pool). Other shopping and the freeway are just a couple minutes drive. Most of the buildings don't sit right on the busy road so from the middle of the complex you don't hear traffic. The neighborhood is quiet and not busy. The grounds are immaculately kept and the apartments are in good repair. Our place felt like new when we moved in (albeit older appliances, but we're not complaining). Any maintenance requests we've had have been taken care of either the same day or the next day. Office staff have called to follow up and ma
I wanted to wait a while before writing my review to try being anonymous, my experience was sometime in the last 3 years. The apartments are okay, there were some issues that popped up in my unit which required me to call maintenance. Thankfully the guy is nice and they usually got back to me within 3 business days. The person that I mostly spoke to when I had issues or questions was a friendly lady called Aaliyah, she's readily available at the leasing office. The reason why I'm rating this 2/5 is primarily for 2 reasons: 1) it's unlikely you're going to get your security deposit back, I lived by myself and made no mess other than regular wear and tear yet I got no refund (I think it's because someone vandalized the outside of my unit near the end of my lease, I documented the incident
Applying to this properly and communication with the office staff was the worst experience I have ever had with a rental property. Relocating across country, I was excited to find a place that was right across the street from my employer. Once I applied I literally would drop everything to get all additional items that was asked of me completed by the deadlines asked of me. I would have appreciated more of a transparent conversation with the office staff as my application process ended up taking over a week. The communication by the office staff was and continues to be a struggle. I either didn't get all the information that was asked of me or they chose what to communicate to continue to push towards denying my application. To be strung along and jump through multiple hoops is just a wild
Absolutely the worst experience of my apartment living life. We had a weekly maintenance issue, and in the beginning they were quick to help. We were shown a different apartment before filling out an application and waiting for approval. Let's just say the unit we were given was hastily cleaned and incredibly disappointing. It just felt dirty, smelled musty. The kitchen was a mess and the stove top was scratched to hell. Stains in the carpet weren't cleaned before moving in. We had to accommodate carpet cleaning by moving furniture our first week there. 2nd week of living there my husband's truck was stolen out of the parking lot and we were told another resident woke up to an intruder and chased them out. Our water heater broke, our fridge broke twice. The fridge was incredibly frustratin
