I've live on this property for over 15 years. I've seen the good and the bad. When I first move in the staff really cared about the residents. If you had any problems. They handled it immediately. They walked the property often. All the kids would go in the rental office before and after school because they had snacks for them. Of it was long after that some other company took over. They was ok also, but them people in there now. Don't care about nothing. It's nothing for the kids to do. The playground is 4 little kids. You can't identify the maintenance men because they don't have no type of uniforms. When it comes down to the roaches and mice. You will be better off taking care of it yourself. The worst experience in my life. I have never rented from a more incompetent apartment community. I have been here since 1/13/2026 and the basic repairs haven't been done. Let alone the structural damage to the floors that have been neglected. My grandchildren cannot come here. Several emails, putting in maintenance requests have gone undone. When I moved in it was the simple things, like leaving a glove taped around the shower faucet from glazing the tub, and the unit not being cleaned. I should've found another place immediately. Yet, who has a few thousand dollars just laying around? I don't. The "contractor" left his dirty work jacket on my bed!!!!! They will come in your home even if you have requested them not to. DO NOT MOVE HERE. I came here in October of last year.. On the day we moved in they were “fixing” my front door because it literally couldn’t close at all. The guy they sent had no idea what he was doing so i requested his supervisor Larry who is the rudest man ive ever encountered. Not only did they refuse to fix my door they left it messed up MY ENTIRE 1 year on this property. Thats not even the worst part my first day in here there was a mouse playing on my camera it took months to get rid of them because pest control kept lying saying they came as if i didn’t have a camera at my door. I would not recommend this property. They take forever to acknowledge a maintenance request and my unit over a storage room is ridden with mice. I caught 3 on one trap overnight. When you call you can rarely speak to a person. When I have managed to get through to a live person they were rude and unhelpful. The washing machines and dryers are use at your own risk. I just stopped doing laundry there al together. The pool was opened for about a month before it was closed for the season. The dumpsters always have furniture and mattress at them. Avery unattractive look for the money they ask for. Zero stars

I lived in building 1960 and my experience was almost perfect. My unit was nice, washer and dryer, brand new appliances. The building was brand new at the time. My only issue was the YNs in the parking lot, who eventually got into a shootout that resulted in my car being shot. Also, the building door was locked until my building was fully occupied then management left the building door unlocked. I felt like that was unsafe.
