WARNING WARNING WARNING. Be very careful when dealing with this community. A fellow tradesman did work for this community and having a HUGE HASSLE getting payment with one excuse after another. I really hate to see people taken advantage of, this is a well respected tradesman who paid for a helper, bought materials and fixed 2 leaky neglected units. It would seem that if this community is collecting money from home owners and not paying contractors then they must be doing something else with the money. If you are considering buying or renting there be VERY CAUTIOUS and if you are considering doing work there JUST DON'T.

Always someone outside shooting craps, selling drugs, trash everywhere, landscaping is never kept up and the pool haven’t been open in years. Buyer beware! Condo fees are expensive with no show of where your money is going too.

I went to visit after 35yrs and it still look the same but much more run down. I felt embarrassed showing my son where I grew up it looks like a dump now.
