Waldwick Station

My family did a short term lease at Waldwick Station during our own house renovation. We absolutely loved our time at Waldwick Station! Everyone we met was friendly and the place was kept immaculately. They were constantly improving the building and grounds. Brittany made the entire process simple! She was always helpful and responded quickly to every question we had. We only had one small issue with our shower during our stay. It was over a holiday weekend, but Amado still went out of his way to fix the issue the same day. They are such a great team! The amenities/common areas were always clean and well kept. Amado and Brittany have done a great job creating a community feel within the complex. We were sad to leave!

My husband and I have been living in this building for almost three years. Our experience overall has been very good. The apartment is very spacious, even with the addition of two children, and the sound from the train is barely noticeable. Over this last year we have been very impressed with the community manager, Brittany. She’s very communicative, takes every concern very seriously, and is very personable and responsive. We have also been impressed by the maintenance supervisor, Amado, who is also very personable and quick to respond to every maintenance request. We are grateful to both Brittany and Amado for elevating our living experience and making our apartment feel like a very happy and comfortable home!

He gets the job done right the first time and takes pride in his work. It’s such a relief knowing maintenance issues are handled efficiently and with care. Brittany, our property manager, is equally amazing. She is professional, responsive, and truly cares about the residents. Communication is always clear, and she goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Together, Amado and Brittany make living here a great experience. I’ve been living in this apartment complex for almost four years with my wife, and we truly love it here. The staff has been amazing—Amato is always quick and reliable when it comes to fixing anything we need, and Brittany in management is extremely responsive and helpful. During the recent snowstorm, the team went above and beyond to make sure residents were taken care of, which we really appreciated. It’s clear they care about the community and take pride in maintaining the property. We’re also excited to see what new amenities will be added as improvements continue. Overall, this has been a great place to call home, and we highly recommend it!
