I recently retained Gary to perform a home inspection for our new home and I have to say, I could not have had a better experience with him. Gary is knowledgeable, personable, professional, and thorough. He didn’t mind that I was with him asking questions. He was quick to educate me on what he was doing and why he was doing it. He taught me things about my new home that I would have never been able to learn or understand on my own. Even though I hadn’t initially requested it, He was able to have someone come snake our sewer line on short notice when I decided I needed it. He provided us with a detailed inspection report and has still been responsive to this day even though our business has concluded. If you need a home inspection, Gary is your man.

Gary was friendly, thorough and extremely helpful. He talked through what he saw/was looking at and even gave some suggestion on improvements to make some maintenance easier. As a first time home buyer I felt very good with Gary doing our home inspection.

This is the third time that I have used Gary to conduct a home inspection in less than 2 years, this time for a townhouse. As per my past experiences, Gary continues to be great to work with. He takes his time to thoroughly test and document what is necessary, and will walk you through items that need addressing as well as necessary do’s and do not’s when it comes to the appliances and other items in the home. He will definitely continue to be my go to for future inspections, and I will certainly refer him to others when possible.
