What’s wrong with this apartment? I made an appointment for a tour. I arrived at the office and it was locked. There was a lady at the front desk. I tried to let her know that I’m here for a tour, but she shook her head, and then ignored me. If this is how they treat guests, then I can’t imagine how they treat residents.

My roommate and I lived here for 3 years because at the time it was all that we could afford. I liked the location because it was nestled in between a good neighborhood and a bad one. There's a great little park just a short walk away and the office staff was super friendly. However I'm the 3 years that we lived here there were multiple mentally unwell people constantly sleeping in our hallways. The elevator broke constantly. The washing machines barely functioned there were roaches and mice. People arguing and fighting loudly at all hours in the parking lot and hallways. There was even a guy sleeping on the dryers once. I had a gun pulled on me while I was in my car. My dog was attacked 3 different times by dogs who's owners had no idea what a leash was. In fact the first time this happen

I have been here almost 2.5 years, this has been the worst experience of my life. I have been through I don't know how many ceiling leaks/floods and even a complete apartment switch just to find black mold in 3 days. Since the flood last May I have been getting more sick as time passes, to the point I heave/vomit up the 100 times a day. If you value yourself, family and pets just don't move here or canyon or Willow properties, they are related to this one and equally sketchy if not worse. I probably have walking pneumonia from all this exposure and when the flooding happened, I was left in a apartment with sitting water for 15 hours before they started to try and clean it up and then a bunch of fans and a dehumidifier for a week, technically I was in a waterlogged situation for way too lon

Should not have people living in such awful conditions. Roaches, mice, rude management, untrained maintenance workers, can’t fix pluming issues. Had a problem with the garbage disposal he just looked at it and left. Can’t fix the leak in the toilet or the leaking patch in the ceiling. As for the roaches they are every where, can’t walk into a single part of the building without seeing loads of them. They hire untrained sprayers that spray one spot in the bathroom and leave. I have a toddler and a 1 month old, very dangerous for kids or pets. Management doesn’t even give the tours and lied about the bugs. They’re upping rent by 25$ but can’t fix simple issues. Greedy and lazy. Stay far away and move out while you can.

I don’t even know where to start. I moved in in October when I turned 18 and being 18 not many places will rent to you. This place has given me nightmares. Let’s start with the office staff. Due to their websites malfunction and their autopay not taking out my rent I now have to pay it by money order. I work 6 days a week until almost 8 which means I don’t have time to go get money orders. In turn to them doing that I can’t use my back account to pay the utilities so I have to use my card which has a 3% fee to do. RIDICULOUS!! Next, there are shooting almost every night and fights that are never taken care of. Police are at the apartment every night which gets annoying. You get scared to leave your apartment when it gets dark due to the fear of being shot. They have a roach problem that t
