Dan & Roselyn have been absolutely great! Moving from another state is always rough let alone trying to find a rental. They made it all as easy as possible & had everything ready when we arrived. I had my doubts about dealing with a property management company but they actually cared that we were happy & satisfied. We love our new home & highly recommend this company!!!

I give these people a solid 5 ! Why ? Me and my baby girl been a tenant for over a Year now. They understand things happen in life. As long as you keep solid communication with them, they will work with you as long as you stick by your word. Anytime a problem occurred at residence either THAT DAY OR THE NEXT DAY somebody was there to fix the problem . Miss Anne and everybody in that office is the best I tell you. Of course there’s always somebody with a different view on things. But I will tell you from my experience, this is best experience !!!!

Dan has handled everything for me on my rental home(s) for 20 years and I'm delighted to write this review for him. As an out-of-state owner for fifteen of those years, I've come to rely on his professionalism and knowledge. He, and Anne in the office, have done an outstanding job all through these years and I can enthusiastically recommend their services.

Hello, and a great day to all. I would like to thank Waggoner Realty, Dan and Rosalind for taking the time to help and fix all issues when it comes to our home. It is more than numbers that show how a company handles situations, it is how a business, and in this case people that work for Waggoner Realty are, they show people they care, have standards they live by and ethics of how a business should be run. If all businesses would put the time and effort into their clients as Dan and Rosalind do they would not only be a success, but give people a sense of security of not only being a customer but part of a family.

This place is very unprofessional, deceiving and dishonest. So I was interested in renting a property and the ignorant so called "realtor" Ann allowed me to apply for it. NOT ONCE did she mention there were applicants ahead of me until AFTER I applied, paid the application fee and got the call that I was approved and agreed to pay the security deposit on my lunch hour. She then called me back to tell me "Oh sorry I *FORGOT * that I had an approved applicant before you, she paid the deposit so I gave it to her". Such a waste of time and money! Should have been honest and upfront from the beginning that someone applied before myself I wouldn't have wasted my time nor money. It's a shame what people do for money I work hard for. Nor did I get a receipt, very UNPROFESSIONAL. DON'T BOTHER C
