Salisbury Village at Castlewood

We have lived here for a few years now and just really love it here. The ammenities like the pool and gym are nice to have. The maitenance workers are always nice and prompt, we have never had to wait long to get any work done. There is a small area to wash your car which we appreciate. Our dog uses the small fenced in dog park all the time. And the front office puts on a lot of events to really help encourage the community here- like a Halloween party for the kiddos, a Thansksgiving meal, etc. I would say the ONLY issue we have ever had is there isn't cameras in the parking lot. My husband had a Hyundai and of course thanks to social media Hyundais and Kias were getting broken into and my husbands car got a window smashed in. There was no camera which was disappointing. We love living here!! It's not cheap, but the value is 100% worth it. We chose to include electricity, water, heat, cable, and Internet into our monthly rent, which makes everything super convenient. The staff is awesome— they know us by name, are super flexible, and always great with communication. I feel very safe living here, which is a great change of pace from my previous place. It's wonderful to be able to paint the walls. It helps our space feel more like a home. I don't know if this is just because we only have one wall-sharing neighbor, but these walls are thick! We've been pretty loud pretty late (nothing weird, just young people living out their 20s), and it's barely heard outside our walls. Even just closing the door between rooms eliminates so much noise. Our time at this community has been very nice. Even though we haven't used all the amenities, we are still enjoying our new home. The other residents seem to enjoy it as well. As first time renters we didn't know what to expect but maintenance and management go above and beyond to meet our needs.

Our move in experience has been amazing due to the professionalism, kindness and thorough work of property manager Janisha Green and Maintenance Manager Ty! From paperwork, to the actual move in and making sure to follow up with us, she has operated at 100% excellence! Literally when she says she will check on something she does and she calls back as soon as she can. With her managing the complex the way she does, I can see why this was a great choice for us! The community so far has been nice, clean and the apartment is very nice! Ty the maintenance manager is so awesome as well! He is professional , kind and thorough as well!
