We had our home built by Wade custom homes. They did a magnificent job and we are so happy to be in our new home. From Matthew to helping us with the design to Rayanne helping us pick the designs for the inside and outside of our home and Allen who was in charge of the builders building our home who made sure everything went smoothly and Jeremy who was in charge of all the inside and made sure things went perfect. We are so grateful to all of you and the hard working staff who built of home with care and great workmanship. Our home came out beautifully. Matthew , Rayanne, Allen and Jeremy are very honest, respectful, professional and caring people that are there to make you happy. They take care of everything, no stress . We are so grateful and blessed to have found Wade custom homes

Let me preface this by saying if I were to build again, I would have no problem building with Wade Homes again. Building a home is no easy feat and the team at Wade Homes were great to work with. Matthew accommodated our MANY changes to our layout. I’m pretty detail oriented with this kind of stuff and spent months making changes and tweaks to our home layout. Allen was responsive and great when issues arose. There will always be issues that arise when building a home with any builder, but how they handle those issues is what’s important. Jeremy was very responsive toward completion of the build and great to work with. I recommend regular site visits to ensure things are done according to the build plan. We looked around at other builders before choosing Wade Homes. We are so glad we chose them. They are the only builder we would trust. They took building our home seriously. They went out of their way to please us and to make sure things were done right. They were easy to contact and had excellent communication with the sub-contractors. We are so happy with our new home from Wade Custom Homes (WCH). They provided a few samples of floor plans but truly allow you to customize and design exactly what you want. We had the pleasure to work with Allen throughout the build who is extremely responsive and professional. We were on the front end of Covid delays, but WCH did a great job staying ahead of orders to mitigate delays. The build may take longer than expected only because the area is booming, and the local labor pool is stressed. I’ll start off by saying the finished product is very nice, and of good solid quality. I love my kitchen in particular. And the bathrooms just are gorgeous. My master shower is an oasis. The tile work is flawless. Their salesman really had my back in the beginning when my financial institute and my realtor both tried to be shady. He was a 5 star guy- Matt you rock. Oh they also have a super sweet lady that helps you design your interior and I thought that was very helpful. House looks great. Ray Anne you also were 5 stars. I can nit pick some small cosmetic nicks or the fact that the door hinges have paint on them; but most of those things I’d give a pass to since by the end I was rushing them as much as I could to finish so we could move in.
