Want to express my thanks to Pristine Properties in Gilbert County, Fl, especially Jean Troke and Michael Vaes, outstanding Real Estate Agents that sold my beautiful property.I have known Jean Troke for a few years when I listed a previous piece of property she sold for me. Jean and Michael are people of integrity, considerate,and highly motivated to sell a clients property. Throughout the time of my listing, they kept in touch with me on the status of interested potential buyers and I highly recommend them for a successful sell of one’s property and home.

You want an excellent real estate agent who will go the extra 5 miles for you, ask for Kathleen Shannon. This lady always was there . If she did not answer, she always promptly returned my calls, email or text and I was in PA. When I had a question, I always got an answer, maybe not what I wanted to hear, but always the truth..She worked hard from start to finish and I am talking over a 2 month period. I don't know what she was paid, but it should be doubled. Thank you and I know I was not always easy.

Bought home tru another realty company. Thank God for that. Closing from hell. Jean Troke the seller's agent did nothing. Her assistant as she called him. Michael, was the only contact I had, she showed up with no keys to the place at closing, dropped off one at closing and showed up with a key at my house later, after I told her she was not welcome there. It won't let me write more. Avoid her!

I want to share a word of warning to anyone out there that may be selling or thinking about selling their home. Please take the time to read your buyer’s agreement contract carefully so what happened to me doesn’t happen to you. I put my house on the market earlier this year and a realtor/broker named David Padot of Pristine Properties in Trenton made an offer on my house that I accepted. On the buyer’s agreement he stated that he would be putting down almost 50% of the purchase price plus a deposit of $3000. Of course because of the down payment (50%) and the sizable deposit it looked like a good contract and we set a closing date of June 20th. Over the next couple of weeks David Padot of Pristine Properties in Trenton requested access to my house several times to take measurements and
