I will say that they have been more approachable now. Jeremy was a great help with my water issue. The front office has been friendly. Reason not 5 star is the old pipes that need desperately replaced.

You company really needs to do better with customers service. Been waiting since 12:30 pm for water to be turned back on. The time frame went from when the guys are done with lunch. I called @ 2pm & be told there are 20 others besides this address that need to be turned back on & it will be done between 4:30-5pm. Then to call @ 4:50 pm & ask when it would be done just to be told it would be after 5.

They ripped me off for overpaid rent after I moved out. I gave them notice on 7-31 that I would be out of the apartment 8-31 and I was. I forgot to turn off autopay, so they received rent for September. When I realized the overpayment, I contacted the office on 9-27 and let them know. On Oct 5, I get an invoice explaining that my deposit was used to straighten up the apartment and change the locks because I didn't drive to Spring Lake and return the keys. I have no issues with them keeping the deposit. My issue is with the $8, instead of $503 refund for the rent that was overpaid. I contacted the office about the overpayment refund amount and Jeremy said that because I didn't turn in my keys, they assumed I was still in the apartment, and charged me rent for all but three days of the mont
