We live in the complex here at Patriot Points, our maintenance guy, Eric is an awesome employee !!! We put in for service and was done nice and quick, and he’s very professional!!! He’s awesome!!!! Continue the great work! Thanks Eric!!!!!

The move in process was great! Mariah has been amazing from the first contact and beyond move in. I love my new home and the community! Maintenance has been quick to resolve issues and Erik is friendly, thorough, and respectful. If I could give more stars I would!

I had Eric come fix my slider door lock. He was superb! Kind and knows his stuff!! Only ten minutes to fix.. very courteous, 5 stars from me!

*military read* It was great till it wasn’t. Enjoyed staying for the first year, the second year was when it went downhill. First year was safe, clean, and problems got fixed. The second year not so much. Maintenance would come every week or every other day just for the SAME problem to not get fixed. Our ac unit was so broken, it hit 83 degrees internally with a newborn. Would hear yelling and fighting, cops always getting called over which made my family feel unsafe. Would like to add that if you are military and have orders to break a lease moving out of the apartment that they will still charge you termination fee. We were told that the fees would get waived. they looked at our move out form AND my active orders and told us that it was good and that our termination fee would get waived.

If I could give 0 stars I would. On 18 March 2025, I called in for a tour. I was told to come by and check some units out. Great! I get there and I’m handed keys to check the unit myself. Which I’m fine with, also let me add I made a mistake by going to the wrong unit at first. ( I didn’t even make it to the door before they corrected me!! Kudos) Some buildings have the same 3 (###) number format. Ex. 2 buildings have (206 on the wall) So I confused myself even though the lady gave me clear instructions. I’ll admit that. HERE IS THE ISSUE!!! I come back to speak with the lady who handed me the keys to start the process. Well she is on the phone so I open the back door attached to the office to see the pool area. I did not touch the water, or anything but the pavement when I walked outside
