Vue Kirkland Apartments

DO NOT MOVE HERE. CHEAP RENT Yes, the rent is "cheap," because it's an (ARCH program) affordable housing complex, but the opportunity cost of living here hasn't been a theoretical thing you learn about in high school. And, I don't mean freeway noise or dungeon-like living because someone who hates other humans took care of lighting-fixtures placement and bulbs/lumens. I've spent HOURS of my very limited time writing to try to get issues resolved — and if we don't want to equate that to a dollar value, maybe we talk about the actual money it's cost me to have to compensate for the failure to address very basic habitability issues? Laundromats, eating out because I can't do dishes or use the dishwasher. 🤑 BASIC PRE-MOVE-IN WORK Am I talking actual trash on the back patio and entry way? Slo

Worst two years. Downstairs neighbors were loud, filed numerous complaints. Nothing was done. I was rarely in my apartment because I worked through the pandemic. I had no pets in the apartment and I took care of the apartment. I only hung ONE picture on the wall and I vacuumed DAILY. I still got charged for a carpet clean, repainting, etc. Place was a mess when I moved in. They took my security deposit for things that never needed to be fixed/cleaned. This apartment is a joke. No worries, I will tell my contractors to never set foot here. Look at the photos below and judge for yourself. NO EXCUSE! UNPROFESSIONAL AND ARROGANT TO YOU WHEN YOU FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO LIVE.

My experience was very bad. I lived there for two years. The first year was great, but after the management changed, it left something to be desired. The service and assistance provided to residents needs to be improved.

Been here 4yrs it's a great place the property is always clean/well kept, safe and fairly quiet. Property management is excellent Alexandra in particular is amazing to work with. HUGE shout out to -Bryan- the maintenance manager keeping everything together always happy to help and very reliable he's the best maintenance pro I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Nothing but good things to say about The Vue!

Horrible communication since they switched management. Alexandra and her team were amazing and its a shame to see that they're gone. It takes atleast 3-4 to hear back from the leasing office now and they have no problem with people blasting loud music from 12-3AM. 2 stars is only because there's no cockroaches. This place has seriously gone downhill so quickly. (Forgot to add that it constantly smells like pot here, not somewhere id want my kids living)
