I can’t speak on the living experience quite yet, however, the leasing agent, Shanice, was amazing! She was so energetic, professional & informative. She went above and beyond to make sure I found the one I wanted. You can truly tell that she enjoys her job. The property is lovely, nice amenities & the actual units are great.

I had an amazing experience touring! Brandi was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming from start to finish. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explained the leasing process clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the tour. The community itself is beautiful and well-maintained. This was by far one of the best apartment touring experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend!

I’ve been living here since 2021 and #1 I have always felt safe here. I love the location and the amenities of this property. Special thank you to the staff Brandi, Shanice, and community manager Deidre, they all are so kind, friendly, welcoming, and always smiling which is always a pleasure. I told them I was having surgery soon and requested parking accommodations for my siblings that were taking turns in being my caregiver during my recovery. They staffed was quick to work collaboratively as a team to make accommodations for me and answered all of my questions. They gave me words of encouragement before surgery and hugs and just meant the world to me. My experience with Vue at the Quarter has been very positive. Deirdre and her team were extremely attentive throughout the entire application process and took the time to show me my unit before I moved in, which I really appreciated. They were always available to answer my questions, no matter how big or small, and communication was clear and consistent. I also valued their transparency regarding the recent car break-in situation—they were honest about what occurred and reassured me that they are actively working to improve safety for all residents. Overall, Deirdre and her team have been professional, responsive, and genuinely supportive.

I recently visited The View at the Quarter Apartments while searching for a three-bedroom apartment. Although they didn’t have a three-bedroom available at the time, the experience was still a great one thanks to Brandi. Brandi was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the property, very detailed in her explanations, and extremely thorough while showing us a two-bedroom option. Beyond that, her energy truly stood out she has such a beautiful spirit and made the entire tour feel welcoming and stress-free. Even though the layout didn’t fit my current needs, Brandi’s professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail left a lasting impression. She represented the property wonderfully, and I truly appreciated the experience.
