VT Contracting

What can I say? We had the BEST contractor I could have ever asked for in helping us get back into our home after it caught fire while Gabe was killing weeds last Oct. IYKYK 🤪😵‍💫 Huge shout out to VT Contracting for not only being professional (1000/10 stars ⭐️), personable, but also in having a wicked sense of humor when putting our gift basket together when all was said and done. Again, I cannot thank VT enough for putting up with our late night emails, evening phone calls, etc. We appreciate all that yall have done! You’ve gone above AND beyond for our family to help us get back into our home ! ❤️

VT has been amazing to work with! They have been great at communicating each step of the process from the beginning. They’ve exceeded my expectations. So many people have told me how stressful it has been to build their home but VT has taken that load off my shoulders and that has allowed me to truly enjoy the process. Highly recommend!

Brent built our custom home for us over 5 years ago. We had a very pleasant experience from start to finish. We covered everything beforehand in meetings/emails so there were no surprises along the way. Brent brought a lot of suggestions to the table and was able to accommodate all of our requests. We currently still live in the home Brent built for us, and are loving it!

Edited to add: we asked VT’s permission to move in and were told, yes we could move in, in fact, we have a text message from Arica stating so and that she thought we were already moving in. And $3,000 vs the $10,000 contractual retainer was not near enough to complete all the work VT left unfinished. They may not be pest control experts, but their building standards leave gaping holes in the roof line that allow pest entry. VT took the joy of building away very quickly. I wouldn’t hire them to build an outhouse. They want ALL the money but refuse to finish the job. I’m left with no dirt work, rutted yard, cracked door, scratched windows, French windows that won’t close because the trim sags so we have to get on a ladder to push trim up to close the window, cracked driveway, plumbing lea

Awesome crew!! These guys had our house built before schedule, were prompt to return any calls or answer any questions we had, did beautiful work that even our inspector was impressed by, and helped us build our home at a reasonable price! Many of our neighbors kept stopping by to ask us who our contractor was because they couldn't believe how quick they worked. We are so impressed with VT- we will absolutely recommend you guys to anyone we know looking for a contractor. Thank y'all so much for helping us build our dream home!
