Cottages at Morganfield

My fiancé and I recently just moved into the cottages and I can 100% say the staff and the community here has been amazing. They have made sure to make us feel welcomed and have made sure we are being taken care of! Huge shout out to Anthony and Ashley for being so kind and helpful to us.

The cottages are very nice. However, Ashley, the property manager is outstanding! Nothing is never too hard and she does it with a smile. With my job I am gone 14hrs a day and It is comforting to know, that anything I need, she accomplishes in short order and I return home to problem solved! Thank you Ashley!

Have lived here for the past 7 months and the experience has been excellent! The homes and property are beautiful and extremely well kept. The one service request ive had was handled quickly and professionally on the day. Ashley and her staff do an incredible job of making your experience here as hassle free and enjoyable as possible, and I can't thank Anthony enough for making the entire moving process go seamlessly. A wonderful place to live! Ashley has been fantastic helping us to get moved in to the perfect cottage for us. The cottages are well kept and the grounds are groomed regularly.
