This is a long over due review for Alex Alvarez on the Upstate Untapped team. It's now been over a year since we've first visited (and eventually purchased) our dream home, and I truly don't think it would've been possible without Alex. As out of state buyers, we were connected to Alex through our local realtor who we trust dearly. Upon our first phone call, Alex was inquisitive, thoughtful, thorough, and super accommodating in understanding our requirements, which changed very drastically as the search continued over a year. With the volatile market and evolving family needs, we pivoted quite often and he was always along on the ride to consult and visit sites when we were unable to make the trip or required a second opinion. Steven was amazing to work with! He helped us through a rollercoaster of a home buying process that ultimately ended in us getting the perfect home. He was there for us when things got tough and multiple deals fell through, but kept our spirits high and worked really hard to find us the right place. We must've seen 25 houses with Steven and he made the process way easier and more enjoyable. We never felt like he was just trying to make the sale or push us into something that wasn't right for us - he really did care for us and we really appreciated it. Always reliable, great communication, easy to talk to and be around for hours on end. Always stayed positive. Could not recommend more! Alex and Caroline on the team were also fantastic!
