I had to sell my moms rental property after she went into a nursing facility. The house was uninsurable due to bad roof, septic needed work, I lived across the country, and we had to navigate through power-of-attorney hurdles...and Ms Robinson still managed to get us a buyer who bought the place, warts and all. Ms Robinson was quick to respond to emails, friendly, personable, and willing to take on selling a 'challenging' property. I don't have a bad thing to say about her or the experience.
