This property has been through 4 different management companies in the past 5 years. Ever since Vose and Ana took over, the upgrades and overall feel of the property is amazing, resulting in keeping me here for years to come! They have really turned this place around.

It's been ok, got us in on short notice. But 1600 for 2 bed 1 bath with one small parking spot simple upgrades from what I can tell, and that's 1600 without any utilities included all still have to be paid separately 1800+. Definitely shop around if you can there are more affordable in the area. They are clean it up but it's still a old apartment building with simple paint. Definitely not worth the money at the moment something I would wait on if it possible. Edit: Paid to break our lease, do not move here. Insane amount of renovation. We moved from out of state and feel taken advantage of. Was never aware of the 4 days of piping of tearing out the walls with my family that stays home, probably expected to use a porta potty. If you walk around you will see one on site in a couple spot. Wh

Let’s see if is the one about the range were the fan is,,, nothing was done so can’t say how bad or good,,,we are at the point of if something goes wrong it needs to be replaced with a new one otherwise it will not work properly for the old of all the things,,,,
