These are the worst apts. Due to the unprofessionalism of the front desk their lack of experience and knowledgethey are rude. Don't take care of any issues we've been living here since 2019 and have had doors off the closet hinges they don't fix them the floors are coming up our air conditioner was out for 2 weeks. Are walk need to be painted the carpets need replacement When you complain they threatenen to give you a 7-day notice eviction. The only time they're in a hurry is when they want you to pay your rent! Or to leave work before they should. They constantly lie to you about when things are going to be fixed. And pass the buck on whose fault it is that things aren't getting done. Anybody that has put a good review must be one of their relatives are good friends.

I come to visit a resident here every so often and the place is run down and filthy….. Food boxes with pizzas laying round, diapers, trash on stairs and elevators it’s disgusting…. ****the generic response leaves something to be desired…. I’m a visitor to the property on occasion. I’ll make it an effort to stay away. ****

I am here as people will only review something when they have an issue. I have had an awesome/ interesting move in(not fault of the office or maintenance). I am happy that Anailin and Wendy were able to accommodate my move in. I have had no issues with maintenance and they always accommodate my work orders with the scheduled described on them(communication is key). Property management will give you notices if there are many complaints or if you are breaking the rules from the lease you have signed (I advice you read it before signing) soooooo if you adult correctly? Maybe they won’t give you notices 😊 As far as roaches in my apartment? Haven’t seen any…. So safe to say? Not all of the apartments have roaches lol.

The owner of this property should strongly consider putting the Building Letters on both ends of the corners of the building for more easily finding the units. 🙂🙃🙂

DO NOT RECOMMEND MOVING INTO THESE APARTMENTS! By far the worst place I have ever been at! The front office lady named Analina is by far the worst I don’t know what she is even doing in this type of job. She is not professional. Very disrespectful. And completely USELESS! She don’t get nothing done that needs to be done. THESE APARTMENTS ARE ROACH INFESTED!! And being someone who is OCD it’s completely disgusting living in this type of circumstances , they don’t do nothing to take care of the problems around the apartments you can go to the office with complains or concerns and it’s always a issue with her .
