Ashley was so helpful during the whole tour and leasing process. She’s was always available to answer our calls and questions which was very helpful and patient of her. Very excited about this Vivo experience.

I am very disappointed in this place. They do not help people who come across life changing moments. I spoke to Adam in Corporate explaining my situation his reply " I am sorry your going through that however we were not a part of that and will not help you" I was like wow! This place also supports pot smokers . The issue is it's out of control and the tenants have called the authorities on this place several times. I also experienced it. I just came home from work exhausted and fell asleep on my bed at 230am . I was woken up by a very strong disgusting smell of pot. I got out of my bed and threw up. BEWARE of this Place!! unfortunately Might just be one of the Many Apartments that collect NON-REFUNDABLE deposits! Theoretically, NON REFUNDABLE $ 200 dollars from 10 potential people is $ 2,000 🤷🏾‍♂️.. Well, that seems like a good business (with a pinch of sarcasm). Well, the management wasn’t honest and upfront and I lost my hard earned money just like that. Also, doesn’t it look phishy to see a professional business that doesn’t have a working phone contact, rather than AI recipients? Honestly, I wish I could give ZERO STARS…
