The Property Manager Renee is the sweetest most professional person I’ve encountered while going through the process of finding the perfect home for me. I am beyond excited to call ViVO my new home. Renee is extremely helpful with the entire process and has helped me with every step along the way. I feel safe and extremely happy with my new home. If you are looking for a great affordable safe place to live Renee is the perfect property manager to help you along the way. You definitely won’t regret it!

Just recently moved to Vivo living raleigh and wow is all I have to say!! The move in was incredibly easy and Renee the property manager is the sweetest woman ever! The pool is absolutely beautiful and the hallways are always clean and smell lovely. Very friendly and helpful staff! Looking forward to my living journey here at Vivo living.

I visited this apartment complex in person. Spoke with the Manager Renee about my situation, job and current finances etc. At the end of the tour as we spoke further in conversation I pulled out my credit report and asked questions concerning wether or not I would qualify as a cadidate. If I did not qualify on my own could I get a co-signer. At this point she tells me she does not see any reason that I should not only qualify but also get in with only a $300 deposit. I ask to be sure as its $200 to apply. $150 Admin Fees - $50 application. She says yes it sould be fine or I should have no problem adding a cosigner. The next day I pay the fees and apply. I receive an immediate rejection letter and I call Renee immediately to understand what is going on. She assures me it is fine that she h

I've been here for 5 months. This is a great place to live. Management and staff are always attentive to the tenants' needs. There's always coffee available in the bar area; modestly furnished gym; a game room, both of which are available to tenants 24 hours daily. My favorite; however, is the pool area. Although you can't use the pool during the winter, the patio area is always available with tables, chairs and umbrellas and two large gas grills. It sets the serene mood that welcomes you upon entering. Mrs. Conyers assists with community development by hosting socials for opportunities to meet your neighbors. I am so looking forward to the Superbowl Party! This is a great place to call home.

I lived there for a year and a half. Prepare yourself for little to no storage (this was previously a hotel after all), the two burners on the counter are virtually unusable if you want to cook two things at once. No stove, no cupboards with doors. No windows that open. That's just the bones of the apartment. There's a pool that was never open in the two years I was there, curious if it's open now. I went two months at one point with no hot water. The cockroaches showed up after about two months of living there. Numerous packages were stolen with no help from management (even with video proof from my doorbell camera). Twice in the last few weeks I lived there, there was criminal activity nearby that drew about 15 cops both times. Oh, the smoke alarms! They go off about once every couple of
